What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising tools. It does not set cookies (see the Cookie Policy). Fonts and images are served from our own hosting, so viewing the site does not send data to third-party content providers.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., processes technical data needed to deliver the website and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, in its server logs. It acts as our data processor under its data processing terms; because Netlify is based in the United States, these terms provide safeguards for international transfers, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
When you contact us
If you write to us by email, call us or message us on Instagram, we process the data you provide (such as your name, company, contact details and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal or manage a business relationship.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or our relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law to address possible liabilities.
- Recipients: our email, office and hosting providers acting as data processors. We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Messages sent through Instagram are also subject to the privacy policy of Meta Platforms.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to pere@casatres.es. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
